How we build

Ground to keys in 72 weeks.

One team, one fixed price and one date for your keys, agreed before we start.

The six stages

What happens, and what you see.

Under each stage: what lands in your inbox that week.

WEEKS 0–6

01

Ground

Survey, permits and a final design meeting. The plot is levelled and the house is staked out with string, so you can stand in your future kitchen.

WEEKS 6–10

02

First course

Foundations are poured and the first row of blocks is laid. Everything above depends on it, so we check it twice and film it for you.

WEEKS 10–30

03

Frame

Columns and floor slabs rise. By week 20 you can see the shape of every room, and from upstairs the view is real.

WEEKS 44–66

05

Questions

Building from far away.

Can I change the design?

Yes, until the end of the Ground stage. Each villa starts from a design made for its plot, and we adjust rooms, finishes and the pool with you before we pour anything.

What happens if the build runs late?

You get a date for your keys before we start, and your weekly diary shows exactly where things stand. In a real contract, delay terms would be written in.

Do I need to fly out during the build?

No. Most owners visit once at the start and once at handover. Everything in between comes to you: photos, films, samples and calls.

Can I visit while it's being built?

Any time, with your site manager. Hard hats are on us.

How do payments work?

In stages tied to the build: a deposit to reserve, then payments at First course, Frame, Close in and Keys. A real offer would set this out in full.
